Ingredients

  • Ingredients
  • - 1 can of Pillsbury biscuits 16.3 oz

  • - 1 tsp of garlic powder
  • - 1 tsp of Italian seasoning or dried Italian herbs

Instructions

  • Cooking Instructions
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to guarantee it's hot enough for baking. Ensure oven temperature is accurate.
  • Take each biscuit round and flatten it using your hands or a rolling pin until it's about ¼ inch thick.
  • Place half of a mozzarella stick in the center of each flattened biscuit.
  • Carefully wrap the dough around the cheese, making sure to pinch the seams closed tightly to prevent any cheese from leaking during baking.
  • Arrange the dough balls seam-side down on a lined baking sheet, making sure they're spaced out evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and puffed up.
  • While the biscuits are baking, mix the melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning in a small bowl.
  • Once the cheese bombs are out of the oven, brush the garlic butter mixture over the warm biscuits generously.
  • Serve hot with marinara sauce for dipping, and enjoy!
  • When cooking these cheese bombs, remember to seal the seams of the biscuits tightly to prevent any cheese from escaping during baking.
  • Feel free to get creative by adding different fillings like pepperoni or cooked bacon for a meaty twist.
  • If you prefer a sweeter version, you can switch out the garlic butter for a cinnamon sugar butter and fill the biscuits with chocolate squares or marshmallows.
  • With these tips, you're bound to create a crowd-pleasing snack!
