  • Cooking Instructions
  • Begin by cooking the steak in a skillet over medium-high heat until it's no longer pink. Once cooked, remove it from the heat and chop it into small, bite-sized pieces.
  • In the same skillet, add a little oil if necessary, and sauté the green bell peppers and onions until they're almost tender, about 4-5 minutes.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped steak, sautéed vegetables, and cheese. If desired, add Worcestershire sauce, steak sauce, or beef broth to enhance the flavor. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  • Take an egg roll wrapper and place a scoop of the filling in the center. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides, and roll it up tightly to seal. Use a little water to help seal the edges.
  • In a deep pan, heat about 2-3 inches of oil to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Carefully place the egg rolls in the hot oil in batches, frying them for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until they're golden brown.
  • Once cooked, remove the egg rolls from the oil and let them drain on paper towels to remove excess oil. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces. Philly cheesesteak flavors are ideal for appetizers or party starters, making these egg rolls a fantastic choice for gatherings.
  • For the best results when making Philly cheese steak egg rolls, verify the oil is at the correct temperature before frying. Using a thermometer can help with this.
  • Avoid overcrowding the pan, as this can lower the oil temperature and result in soggy egg rolls. You can also experiment with different kinds of meat, cheese, and vegetables to customize the flavor to your liking.
  • Enjoy your delicious creation!
