Meatballl Recipes

Ingredients

  • Ingredients:
  • - 1 pound ground beef
  • - 1 pound ground pork
  • - 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • - 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • - 2 large eggs
  • - 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
  • - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • - 1 teaspoon salt
  • - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • - Non-stick cooking spray

Instructions

  • Cooking Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet by spraying it with non-stick cooking spray.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, ricotta cheese, eggs, chopped parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  • Using your hands, gently mix the ingredients until well combined, taking care not to overwork the meat to maintain a tender texture. Homemade meatballs are tastier than store-bought versions.
  • Form the mixture into medium-sized meatballs, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and have a golden-brown exterior. You can check for doneness by cutting one in half; it should no longer be pink inside.
  • Serve the meatballs with your favorite sauce or pasta, or enjoy them as is.
  • For best results, make sure to handle the meat gently when forming the meatballs to prevent them from becoming tough.
  • If you have leftovers, meatballs can be refrigerated for up to three days or frozen for later use.
  • Experiment with different sauces, herbs, and cheeses to create your perfect meatball dish. Enjoy your cooking!
