  • Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Place them in the prepared baking dish.
  • In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted, stir in the hot sauce and white vinegar until well combined.
  • Pour half of the sauce over the chicken breasts, ensuring they're evenly coated.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  • Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Then, shred the chicken using two forks.
  • Toss the shredded chicken in the remaining hot sauce mixture until well coated.
  • Serve the Buffalo chicken on its own, in a sandwich, or on a bed of greens, accompanied by celery sticks and blue cheese dressing if desired.
